 Whereas the Canadian Bar Association has nominated Julia E. Cornish to be a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Province of Nova Scotia;

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Canadian Bar Association, under Order in Council P.C. 2017-10 of January 19, 2017, appoints Julia E. Cornish of Bedford, Nova Scotia, to be a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Province of Nova Scotia, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years.

Attendu que l’Association du Barreau canadien a proposé que Julia E. Cornish soit nommée membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour la province de la Nouvelle-Écosse,

À ces causes, sur recommandation de l’Association du Barreau canadien, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil, en vertu du décret C.P. 2017-10 du 19 janvier 2017, nomme Julia E. Cornish, de Bedford (Nouvelle-Écosse), membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour la province de la Nouvelle-Écosse, à titre amovible pour un mandat de trois ans.
