 Whereas the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society has nominated Michelle C. Awad to be a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Province of Nova Scotia;

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society, under Order in Council P.C. 2017-10 of January 19, 2017, appoints Michelle C. Awad of Halifax, Nova Scotia, to be a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Province of Nova Scotia, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years.

À ces causes, sur recommandation du Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil, en vertu du décret C.P. 2017-10 du 19 janvier 2017, nomme Michelle C. Awad, d’Halifax (Nouvelle-Écosse), membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour la province de la Nouvelle-Écosse, à titre amovible pour un mandat de trois ans.
