Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the President of the King’s Privy Council for Canada:

(a) under section 4 of the Canadian Transportation Accident Investigation and Safety Board Act, re-appoints Kathleen Carol Fox of Gatineau, Quebec, as a full-time member of the Canadian Transportation Accident Investigation and Safety Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of one year;

(b) under subsection 5(1) of the Canadian Transportation Accident Investigation and Safety Board Act, designates Kathleen Carol Fox of Gatineau, Quebec, a full-time member of the Canadian Transportation Accident Investigation and Safety Board, to be the Chairperson of the Board; and

(c) under subsection 4(6) of the Canadian Transportation Accident Investigation and Safety Board Act, fixes her remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 6 ($198,900 - $234,000);

effective August 21, 2023.

Sur recommandation du président du Conseil privé du Roi pour le Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a) en vertu de l’article 4 de la Loi sur le Bureau canadien d’enquête sur les accidents de transport et de la sécurité des transports, renouvelle le mandat de Kathleen Carol Fox, de Gatineau (Québec), membre à temps plein du Bureau canadien d’enquête sur les accidents de transport et de la sécurité des transports, à titre inamovible pour une période d’un an;

b) en vertu du paragraphe 5(1) de la Loi sur le Bureau canadien d’enquête sur les accidents de transport et de la sécurité des transports, choisit Kathleen Carol Fox, de Gatineau (Québec), membre à temps plein du Bureau canadien d’enquête sur les accidents de transport et de la sécurité des transports, à titre de présidente du Bureau;

c) en vertu du paragraphe 4(6) de la Loi sur le Bureau canadien d’enquête sur les accidents de transport et de la sécurité des transports, fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 6 (198 900 $ – 234 000 $);

à compter du 21 août 2023.
