Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, under subsection 105 of the Financial Administration Act, approves the re-appointment by the Minister of Finance of Robert Michael Wener of Ottawa, Ontario, as a director of the Board of Directors of the Canada Development Investment Corporation, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, effective August 10, 2023.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Finances et en vertu du paragraphe 105 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve le renouvellement du mandat par la ministre des Finances de Robert Michael Wener, d’Ottawa (Ontario), administrateur du conseil d’administration de la Corporation de développement des investissements du Canada, à titre amovible pour une période de trois ans, à compter du 10 août 2023.
