                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Human Resources Development, pursuant to subsection 111(2) of the Employment Insurance Act, hereby appoints John David Targett of Toronto, Ontario, to be Chairperson of the Boards of Referees for the Ontario Regional Division, and particularly for the District of Toronto Appeals Centre, for a term of three years.
