The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, advises that the Honourable Marianne Rivoalen, a Judge of the Federal Court of Appeal, be appointed Chief Justice of the Court of Appeal for Manitoba, with the style and title of Chief Justice of Manitoba and a Judge ex officio of the Court of King’s Bench for Manitoba.

 

Sur recommandation du Premier ministre, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que l’honorable Marianne Rivoalen, juge de la Cour d’appel fédérale, soit nommée juge en chef de la Cour d’appel du Manitoba, avec le rang de juge en chef du Manitoba, et membre d’office de la Cour du Banc du Roi du Manitoba.
