Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Works and Government Services under section 6 of the Canada Post Corporation Act, approves the appointment by the Minister of Public Works and Government Services of Thomas Anthony Ruth of Edmonton, Alberta, to be a director of the Canada Post Corporation Board of Directors, to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years, in the place of James Hunter Sinclair, whose term has expired, effective April 21, 2023.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux et en vertu de l’article 6 de la Loi sur la Société canadienne des postes, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la nomination par la ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux, de Thomas Anthony Ruth, d’Edmonton (Alberta), administrateur du conseil d’administration de la Société canadienne des postes, à titre amovible pour un mandat de quatre ans, en remplacement de James Hunter Sinclair dont le mandat a pris fin, à compter du 21 avril 2023.
