Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, under subsection 25.1‍(1) of the Divorce Act, approves that the Minister of Justice, on behalf of the Government of Canada, enter into an agreement with the Government of Manitoba, substantially in the form set out in the annexed draft agreement, authorizing the provincial child support service designated in the agreement, namely the Child Support Service, to recalculate the amount of child support orders in accordance with that subsection.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice et en vertu du paragraphe 25.1‍(1) de la Loi sur le divorce, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la conclusion par le ministre de la Justice, au nom du gouvernement fédéral, d’un accord avec le gouvernement du Manitoba, conforme en substance au projet d’accord ci-joint, autorisant le service provincial des aliments pour enfants désigné dans ce projet d’accord, soit le Service des aliments pour enfants, à fixer un nouveau montant pour les ordonnances alimentaires au profit d’un enfant, conformément à ce paragraphe.
