Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport with respect to the provisions of the annexed Regulations Amending Certain Department of Transport Regulations (Miscellaneous Program) other than section 15 and on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport and the Minister of Natural Resources with respect to section 15, makes the annexed Regulations Amending Certain Department of Transport Regulations (Miscellaneous Program) under
(a) subsection 12(1) of the Arctic Waters Pollution Prevention Act; and
(b) paragraphs 35(1)(d) and (e) and 120(1)(a), (h) and (l) to (n), subsection 120(2) and paragraph 190(1)(h) of the Canada Shipping Act, 2001.
Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, en ce qui concerne les dispositions du Règlement correctif visant certains règlements (ministère des Transports), ci-après, autres que l’article 15, et sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et du ministre des Ressources naturelles, en ce qui concerne l’article 15, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement correctif visant certains règlements (ministère des Transports), ci-après, en vertu :
a) du paragraphe 12(1) de la Loi sur la prévention de la pollution des eaux arctiques;
b) des alinéas 35(1)d) et e), 120(1)a), h) et l) à n), du paragraphe 120(2) et de l’alinéa 190(1)h) de la Loi de 2001 sur la marine marchande du Canada.
