Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Canadian Aviation Regulations (Part I — 104, Aeronautical Product Approvals) under subsection 4.4‍(2) of the Aeronautics Act.
