Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under subsection 3(3) of the Department of Justice Act, appoints Isabelle T. Jacques of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Associate Deputy Minister of Justice, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes her remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($219,300 - $258,000), effective May 23, 2023.

 

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 3(3) de la Loi sur le ministère de la Justice, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Isabelle T. Jacques, d’Ottawa (Ontario), sous-ministre déléguée de la Justice, à titre amovible, et fixe sa rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (219 300 $ – 258 000 $), à compter du 23 mai 2023.
