                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, after consultation with the Board of Directors of the Asia-Pacific Foundation of Canada and pursuant to paragraph 9(a) and sections 11 and 12 of the Asia-Pacific Foundation of Canada Act, hereby re-appoints Hau Sing Tse of Gatineau, Quebec, to be a director of the Board of Directors of the Asia-Pacific Foundation of Canada to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, effective September 11, 2003.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, après consultation auprès du conseil d’administration de la Fondation Asie-Pacifique du Canada et en vertu de l’alinéa 9a) et des articles 11 et 12 de la Loi sur la Fondation Asie-Pacifique du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Hau Sing Tse, de Gatineau (Québec), administrateur du conseil d’administration de la Fondation Asie-Pacifique du Canada à titre amovible pour une période de trois ans, à compter du 11 septembre 2003.
