The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that Sheila M. MacPherson of the City of Yellowknife, in the Northwest Territories, Barrister-at-law, be appointed a Judge of the Supreme Court of the Northwest Territories.

The Committee further advises that Sheila M. MacPherson be appointed a Judge of the Court of Appeal of the Northwest Territories, a Judge of the Court of Appeal of Yukon and a Judge of the Court of Appeal of Nunavut.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que Sheila M. MacPherson, de la ville de Yellowknife, dans les Territoires du Nord-Ouest, avocate, soit nommée juge de la Cour suprême des Territoires du Nord-Ouest.

Le Comité du Conseil privé recommande en outre que Sheila M. MacPherson soit nommée juge la Cour d’appel des Territoires du Nord-Ouest, juge de la Cour d’appel du Yukon et juge de la Cour d’appel du Nunavut.
