Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, under sections 153.8 and 154.2 of the Canada Transportation Act, appoints Steve D. Anderson of Shelburne, Ontario, to be Deputy Administrator of the Fund for Railway Accidents Involving Designated Goods, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years, and fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which per diem is within the range ($475 - $550).

Anderson, de Shelburne (Ontario), administrateur adjoint de la Caisse d’indemnisation pour les accidents ferroviaires impliquant des marchandises désignées, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de cinq ans, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel taux journalier se situe dans l’échelle (475 $ – 550 $).
