                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to section 3 and subsection 4(4) of the Telefilm Canada Act, appoints Felix (Fil) Fraser of Edmonton, Alberta, to be a member of Telefilm Canada to hold office during pleasure for a term ending June 15, 2008, in the place of Ronald S. Bremner, who has resigned.

                     Sur recommandation de la ministre du Patrimoine canadien et en vertu de l’article 3 et du paragraphe 4(4) de la Loi sur Téléfilm Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Felix (Fil) Fraser, d’Edmonton (Alberta), membre de Téléfilm Canada, à titre amovible pour un mandat se terminant le 15 juin 2008, en remplacement de Ronald S. Bremner, démissionnaire.
