Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour, makes the annexed Regulations Amending Certain Regulations Made Under the Canada Labour Code under section 238.2 and subsections 253.2‍(4), 264‍(1) and 270‍(1) of the Canada Labour Code.
