Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, under sections 3 and 11 of the Pilotage Act, approves the reappointment by the Minister of Transport of Vasiliki (Billie) Raptis of North Vancouver, British Columbia, as a member of the Pacific Pilotage Authority, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years.
