Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport:

(a) under sections 3 and 11 of the Pilotage Act, approves the reappointment by the Minister of Transport of John Patrick McCann of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, as a member of the Atlantic Pilotage Authority, to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years;

(b) under section 10 of the Pilotage Act, reappoints John Patrick McCann of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, as part-time Vice-Chairperson of the Atlantic Pilotage Authority; and

(c) under section 14 of the Pilotage Act, fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration is comprised of a per diem within the range ($160 - $250) and an annual retainer within the range ($2,600 - $3,000).

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil:

a) en vertu des articles 3 et 11 de la Loi sur le pilotage, approuve le renouvellement du mandat par le ministre des Transports de John Patrick McCann, de Dartmouth (Nouvelle-Écosse), membre de l’Administration de pilotage de l’Atlantique, à titre amovible pour une période de quatre ans;

b) en vertu de l’article 10 de la Loi sur le pilotage, renouvelle le mandat de John Patrick McCann, de Dartmouth (Nouvelle-Écosse) vice-président du conseil à temps partiel de l’Administration de pilotage de l’Atlantique;

c) en vertu de l’article 14 de la Loi sur le pilotage, fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, laquelle rémunération est composée d’un taux journalier dans l’échelle (160 $ – 250 $) et des honoraires annuels dans l’échelle (2 600 $ – 3 000 $).
