His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 3 of the Pilotage Act, approves the appointment by the Minister of Transport of Allan John Ranger of Nanaimo, British Columbia, to be a member of the Pacific Pilotage Authority to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, in the place of James Ian MacPherson, effective December 9, 2014.

 

   Sur recommandation de la ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’article 3 de la Loi sur le pilotage, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil approuve la nomination par la ministre des Transports d’Allan John Ranger, de Nanaimo (Colombie-Britannique), membre de l’Administration de pilotage du Pacifique à titre amovible pour un mandat de trois ans, en remplacement de James Ian MacPherson, à compter du 9 décembre 2014.
