Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, under section 94 of the Marine Liability Act, appoints Mark A. M. Gauthier of Gatineau, Quebec, to be the Administrator of the Ship-source Oil Pollution Fund, on an interim basis, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of one year, or until such time as a new Administrator is appointed, whichever occurs first, and fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which per diem is within the range ($475 - $550), effective April 3, 2023.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’article 94 de la Loi sur la responsabilité en matière maritime, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Mark A. M. Gauthier, de Gatineau (Québec), administrateur de la Caisse d’indemnisation des dommages dus à la pollution par les hydrocarbures causée par les navires par intérim, à titre inamovible, pour un mandat d’un an ou jusqu’à ce qu’un nouveau administrateur soit nommé, selon la première de ces éventualités, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel taux journalier se situe dans l’échelle (475 $ – 550 $), à compter du 3 avril 2023.
