Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour, makes the annexed Regulations Amending Certain Regulations Made Under the Canada Labour Code under paragraph 157‍(1)‍(a.2), subsections 251.001‍(4) and (5), 251.06‍(3) and (4), 251.1‍(3) and (4), 251.101‍(4) and (5) and 253‍(1) and (2), paragraphs 264‍(1)‍(e) and (k) and subparagraph 270‍(1)‍(a)‍(i) of the Canada Labour Code.

 

 

Sur recommandation du ministre du Travail et en vertu de l’alinéa 157‍(1)a.2), des paragraphes 251.001‍(4) et (5), 251.06‍(3) et (4), 251.1‍(3) et (4), 251.101‍(4) et (5) et 253‍(1) et (2), des alinéas 264‍(1)e) et k) et du sous-alinéa 270‍(1)a)i) du Code canadien du travail, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement modifiant certains règlements pris en vertu du Code canadien du travail, ci-après.
