Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Housing and Diversity and Inclusion, under subsection 6(4) of the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation Act and subsection 105(3) of the Financial Administration Act, re-appoints Derek Ballantyne of Toronto, Ontario, as Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, to hold office during pleasure, on a part-time basis, for a term of one year, effective April 29, 2023.

Sur recommandation du ministre du Logement et de la Diversité et de l’Inclusion et en vertu du paragraphe 6(4) de la Loi sur la Société canadienne d’hypothèques et de logement et du paragraphe 105(3) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Derek Ballantyne, de Toronto (Ontario), président du conseil d’administration de la Société canadienne d’hypothèques et de logement, à titre amovible, à temps partiel, pour une période d’un an, à compter du 29 avril 2023.
