Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, under section 17 and subsection 21(2) of the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority Act, appoints Nada Semaan of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Chief Executive Officer of the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority, to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years, and fixes her remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range CEO 4 ($244,800 - $287,900), effective April 3, 2023.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’article 17 et du paragraphe 21(2) de la Loi sur l’Administration canadienne de la sûreté du transport aérien, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Nada Semaan, d’Ottawa (Ontario), première dirigeante de l’Administration canadienne de la sûreté du transport aérien, à titre amovible pour un mandat de cinq ans, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle CEO 4 (244 800 $ – 287 900 $), à compter du 3 avril 2023.
