Whereas, under subsection 5‍(2) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration has caused a copy of the proposed Regulations Amending the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (Examination of Eligibility to Refer Claim), substantially in the annexed form, to be laid before each House of Parliament;

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (Examination of Eligibility to Refer Claim) under subsections 5‍(1) and 102‍(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act.

Attendu que le ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration, conformément au paragraphe 5‍(2) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, a fait déposer le projet de règlement intitulé Règlement modifiant le Règlement sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés (examen de la recevabilité par l’agent), conforme en substance au texte ci-après, devant chaque chambre du Parlement,

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et en vertu des paragraphes 5‍(1) et 102‍(1) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement modifiant le Règlement sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés (examen de la recevabilité par l’agent), ci-après.
