Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under section 5 of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Act, appoints Michael Robert Duheme of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Commissioner of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, on an interim basis, to hold office during pleasure, for a term of two years or until such time as a new Commissioner is appointed, whichever occurs first, and fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 10 ($356,100 - $418,900), effective March 18, 2023.
Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’article 5 de la Loi sur la Gendarmerie royale du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Michael Robert Duheme, d’Ottawa (Ontario), commissaire de la Gendarmerie royale du Canada par intérim, à titre amovible, pour un mandat de deux ans ou jusqu’à ce qu’un nouveau commissaire soit nommé, selon la première de ces éventualités, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 10 (356 100 $ – 418 900 $), à compter du 18 mars 2023.
