 Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister for International Trade, under subsection 12(3) of the Invest in Canada Act, appoints Marc-André Blanchard of Montréal, Quebec, to be a director of the board of directors of the Invest in Canada Hub, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, on a part-time basis.
