Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister for Women and Gender Equality, under section 5 of the Department for Women and Gender Equality Act, approves that the Minister for Women and Gender Equality enter into a Transfer Payment Agreement on the Implementation of the National Action Plan to End Gender-Based Violence with each of the governments of Ontario, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Manitoba, British Columbia, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan, Alberta, Newfoundland and Labrador, as well as Yukon, the Northwest Territories, and Nunavut, substantially in accordance with the annexed draft agreement.

 

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Femmes et de l’Égalité des genres et en vertu de l’article 5 de la Loi sur le ministère des Femmes et de l’Égalité des genres, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la conclusion par la ministre des Femmes et de l’Égalité des genres, avec les gouvernements respectifs de l’Ontario, de la Nouvelle-Écosse, du Nouveau-Brunswick, du Manitoba, de la Colombie-Britannique, de l’Île-du-Prince-Édouard, de la Saskatchewan, de l’Alberta, de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador, et ceux du Yukon, des Territoires-du-Nord-Ouest et du Nunavut, d’un accord de paiement de transfert en vue de la mise en œuvre du Plan d’action national pour mettre fin à la violence fondée sur le sexe, lequel accord est conforme en substance au projet d’accord figurant à l’annexe.
