Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Northern Affairs, under section 53 of the Northwest Territories Act, consents to the relinquishment by the Commissioner of the Northwest Territories, in perpetuity, of the administration and control of the public lands described in the attached schedule.
Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires du Nord et en vertu de l’article 53 de la Loi sur les Territoires Nord-Ouest, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil agrée la renonciation à perpétuité, par le commissaire des Territoires du Nord-Ouest, à la gestion et à la maîtrise des terres domaniales décrites à l’annexe ci-jointe.
