Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, under subsection 5‍(1) of the Department of Citizenship and Immigration Act and subsection 8‍(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, approves that the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration enter into an agreement with New Brunswick, substantially in accordance with the annexed Canada‍–‍New Brunswick Immigration Agreement.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et en vertu du paragraphe 5‍(1) de la Loi sur le ministère de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et du paragraphe 8‍(1) de la Loi sur l’Immigration et la protection des réfugiés, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil agrée la conclusion, par le ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration, d’un accord avec le Nouveau-Brunswick, conforme en substance à l’Accord Canada‍–‍Nouveau-Brunswick sur l’immigration ci-après.
