Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under subsection 3(3) of the Department of Justice Act, appoints Jean-François Fortin of Montréal, Quebec, to be Associate Deputy Minister of Justice, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($252,000 - $295,400), effective March 27, 2023.

 

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 3(3) de la Loi sur le ministère de la Justice, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Jean-François Fortin, de Montréal (Québec), sous-ministre délégué de la Justice, à titre amovible, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (252 000 $ – 295 400 $), à compter du 27 mars 2023.
