Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Works and Government Services,

(a) under paragraph 15(1)(a) of the National Capital Act, approves the acquisition by the National Capital Commission from Her Majesty in right of Canada of the real property located at 100 Elgin Street, in Ottawa, Ontario, as described in Schedule A and shown in Schedule B; and

(b) under paragraph 15(1)(b) of the National Capital Act, approves that the National Capital Commission grant to Gillin Engineering and Construction Limited one option to extend, for a period of 60 years, beginning on September 3, 2039, the existing lease for the real property located at 100 Elgin Street, in Ottawa, Ontario, as described in Schedule A and shown in Schedule B.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a) en vertu de l’alinéa 15(1)a) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, donne son accord à l’acquisition par la Commission de la capitale nationale de Sa Majesté du chef du Canada, du bien immeuble situé au 100, rue Elgin, à Ottawa, en Ontario, dont la description figure à l’annexe A, et l’illustration, à l’annexe B;

b) en vertu de l’alinéa 15(1)b) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, donne son accord à l’octroi par la Commission de la capitale nationale à Gillin Engineering and Construction Limited d’une option de prolongation de 60 ans, à compter du 3 septembre 2039, du bail actuel portant sur le bien immeuble situé au 100, rue Elgin, à Ottawa, en Ontario, dont la description figure à l’annexe A, et l’illustration, à l’annexe B.
