Whereas the Bragg Creek and Area Chamber of Commerce, in Alberta, has applied, under section 4 of the Boards of Trade Act, to change the boundaries of its district from Township 23 ranges 3, 4 and 5, and Township 24 range 4 to Townships 22 and 23 inclusive, ranges 3, 4 and 5 and Township 24 range 4 all being west of the Fifth Meridian in Alberta;

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, changes the boundaries of the district of the Bragg Creek and Area Chamber of Commerce from Township 23, ranges 3, 4 and 5, and Township 24 range 4 to the Townships 22 and 23 inclusive, ranges 3, 4 and 5 and Township 24 range 4 all being west of the Fifth Meridian in Alberta under section 4 of the Boards of Trade Act.

Attendu que la Bragg Creek and Area Chamber of Commerce (Alberta) a présenté une demande, au titre de l’article 4 de la Loi sur les chambres de commerce, pour que les limites de son district, soit le canton 23, rangs 3, 4 et 5 et le canton 24, rang 4, soient changées de façon à correspondre aux cantons 22 et 23 inclusivement, aux rangs 3, 4 et 5, et au canton 24, rang 4, tout à l’ouest du cinquième méridien en Alberta,

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie et en vertu de l’article 4 de la Loi sur les chambres de commerce, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil change les limites du district de la Bragg Creek and Area Chamber of Commerce, soit le canton 23, rangs 3, 4 et 5 et le canton 24, rang 4, pour qu’elles correspondent aux cantons 22 et 23 inclusivement, aux rangs 3, 4 et 5, et au canton 24, rang 4, tout à l’ouest du cinquième méridien en Alberta.
