Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, appoints Mila Nwachukwu as Honorary Consul of Canada in Port Harcourt, Federal Republic of Nigeria, to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years, for a term of five years, and fixes her honorarium at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which honorarium is within the range ($1,500 - $5,000), such appointment to be terminated by either the Minister of Foreign Affairs or Mila Nwachukwu, giving the other party a sixty-day written notice.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Mila Nwachukwu, consule honoraire du Canada à Port Harcourt (République fédérale du Nigéria), à titre amovible pour un mandat de cinq ans et fixe ses honoraires au taux figurant à l’annexe ci-jointe, lesquels honoraires se situent dans l’échelle (1 500 $ – 5 000 $).
