Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under sections 5.1 and 5.3 of the Public Health Agency of Canada Act, appoints Heather Jeffrey of Ottawa, Ontario to be President of the Public Health Agency of Canada, to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years, and fixes her remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($252,000 - $296,400), effective February 27, 2023.

 

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu des articles 5.1 et 5.3 de la Loi sur l’Agence de la santé publique du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Heather Jeffrey, d’Ottawa (Ontario), présidente de l’Agence de la santé publique du Canada, à titre amovible pour un mandat de cinq ans, et fixe sa rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (252 000 $ – 296 400 $), à compter du 27 février 2023.
