Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under section 3 of the Department of the Environment Act, appoints Chris Forbes of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Deputy Minister of the Environment, to be styled Deputy Minister of Environment and Climate Change, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes his remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($282,200 - $332,000), effective February 20, 2023.

 

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’article 3 de la Loi sur le ministère de l’Environnement, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Chris Forbes, d’Ottawa (Ontario), sous-ministre de l’Environnement, devant porter le titre de sous-ministre de l’Environnement et du Changement climatique, à titre amovible, et fixe sa rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (282 200 $ – 332 000 $), à compter du 20 février 2023.
