Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 130(c) of the Public Service Employment Act, appoints Eric Janse, of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Clerk of the House of Commons, on an interim basis, to hold office during pleasure, until such time as a Clerk of the House of Commons is appointed, and fixes his remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GC 8 ($223,800 - $263,200).
Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’article 130(c) de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale nomme Eric Janse, d’Ottawa (Ontario), greffier de la Chambre des communes par intérim, à titre amovible, jusqu’à ce qu’un greffier de la Chambre des communes soit nommé, et fixe sa rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GC 8 (223 800 $ – 263 200 $).
