Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Health with respect to the provisions of the annexed Regulations other than section 6, and on the recommendation of the Minister of Health and the Minister of Industry with respect to that section 6, makes the annexed Regulations Amending Certain Regulations Concerning the Sale of Drugs (Public or Canadian Armed Forces Health Emergencies) under
(a) section 30 of the Food and Drugs Act; and
(b) subsection 134(1) of the Patent Act.
Sur recommandation du ministre de la Santé, en ce qui concerne les dispositions du règlement ci-après, autres que l’article 6, et sur recommandation du ministre de la Santé et du ministre de l’Industrie, en ce qui concerne l’article 6 de ce règlement, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement modifiant certains règlements concernant la vente de drogues (urgences en matière de santé touchant le public ou les Forces armées canadiennes), ci-après, en vertu :
a) de l’article 30 de la Loi sur les aliments et drogues;
b) du paragraphe 134(1) de la Loi sur les brevets.
