Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, under section 3 and subsection 4(1) of the National Arts Centre Act, appoints Guy Pratte, C.M., of Ottawa, Ontario, as Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of the National Arts Centre Corporation, to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years.
