Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage,

(a)  under section 3 of the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission Act, appoints Bram Abramson

of Toronto, Ontario, to be a full-time member of the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years; and

(b)  under subsection 10.1(2) designates Bram Abramson for the Ontario region, as established under subsection 10(1.1) of that Act;

effective February 15, 2023.

Sur recommandation du ministre du Patrimoine canadien, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a)  en vertu de l’article 3 de la Loi sur le Conseil de la radiodiffusion et des télécommunications canadiennes, nomme Bram Abramson, de Toronto (Ontario), conseiller à temps plein du Conseil de la radiodiffusion et des télécommunications canadiennes, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de cinq ans;

b)  en vertu de l’article 10.1(2), désigne Bram Abramson pour la région de l’Ontario, telle qu’établie en vertu de l’article 10(1.1);

à compter du 15 février 2023.
