Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Health, under sections 91 and 93 of the Patent Act,

(a) appoints Thomas J. Digby of Vancouver, British Columbia, to be a member of the Patented Medicine Prices Review Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a period of five years; and

(b) designates Thomas J. Digby of Vancouver, British Columbia, to be Chairperson of the Patented Medicine Prices Review Board.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Santé et en vertu des articles 91 et 93 de la Loi sur les brevets, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a) nomme Thomas J. Digby de Vancouver (Colombie-Britannique), conseiller du Conseil d’examen du prix des médicaments brevetés, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de cinq ans;

b) désigne Thomas J. Digby de Vancouver (Colombie-Britannique), président du Conseil d’examen du prix des médicaments brevetés.
