Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, under subsection 9(1) of the Bank of Canada Act, approves the appointment by the Minister of Finance of David M. Dominy of Edmonton, Alberta, to be a director of the Board of Directors of the Bank of Canada, to hold office during good behaviour for a term ending on February 29, 2024.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Finances et en vertu des paragraphes 9(1) de la Loi sur la Banque du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la nomination par la ministre des Finances de David M.
