Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, under subsections 9(1) of the Bank of Canada Act, approves the appointment by the Minister of Finance of Shelley Williams of Langley, British Columbia, to be a director of the Board of Directors of the Bank of Canada, to hold office during good behaviour for a term ending on February 28, 2023, in the place of Stephanie Bowman, who has resigned.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Finances et en vertu des paragraphes 9(1) de la Loi sur la Banque du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la nomination par la ministre des Finances de Shelley Williams, de Langley (Colombie-Britannique), administratrice du conseil d’administration de la Banque du Canada, à titre inamovible pour un mandat se terminant le 28 février 2023, en remplacement de Stephanie Bowman, qui a démissionnée.
