Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, under subsection 161‍(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, approves the annexed Immigration Appeal Division Rules, 2022, made on October 21, 2022 by the Chairperson of the Immigration and Refugee Board, in consultation with the Deputy Chairpersons.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et en vertu du paragraphe 161‍(1) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil agrée les Règles de la Section d’appel de l’immigration (2022), ci-après, prises le 21 octobre 2022 par le président de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié en consultation avec les vice-présidents.
