 Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on therecommendation of the Minister of Employment and Social Development, under subsections 45(1), (4), (5) and section 47 of the Department of Employment and Social Development Act, appoints Stuart Martin O’Connell of Toronto, Ontario, to be a part-time member of the Social Security Tribunal for the Employment Insurance Section, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of two years, effective January 9, 2023.

Sur recommandation de la ministre de l’Emploi et du Développement social et en vertu des paragraphes 45(1), (4), (5) et de l’article 47 de la Loi sur le ministère de l’Emploi et du Développement social, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Stuart Martin O’Connell, de Toronto (Ontario), membre à temps partiel du Tribunal de la sécurité sociale pour la section de l’assurance-emploi, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de deux ans, à compter du 9 janvier 2023.
