                  Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development and the Treasury Board, hereby authorizes the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, to enter into the Memorandum of Understanding between Canada and British Columbia Respecting the Sharing of the Costs of Self-Government with the government of British Columbia, substantially in accordance with the annexed draft memorandum of understanding.

                Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien et du Conseil du Trésor, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise la conclusion par le ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien, avec le gouvernement de la Colombie-Britannique, du Protocole d’entente entre le Canada et la Colombie-Britannique sur le partage des coûts relatifs à l’autonomie gouvernementale, lequel est conforme en substance au projet de protocole ci-joint.
