Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness,

(a) under sections 103 and 105 of the Corrections and Conditional Release Act, reappoints François Levert of Shediac, New Brunswick, as a full-time member of the Atlantic Regional Division of the Parole Board of Canada, to hold office during good behaviour for a period of five years;

(b) under subsection 150(1) of the Corrections and Conditional Release Act, designates François Levert as Vice-Chairperson of the Atlantic Regional Division of the Parole Board of Canada; and

(c) under subsection 153(1) of the Corrections and Conditional Release Act, fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 5 ($162,700 - $191,300),

effective March 26, 2023.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Sécurité publique et de la Protection civile, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a) en vertu des articles 103 et 105 de la Loi sur le système correctionnel et la mise en liberté sous condition, renouvelle le mandat de François Levert, de Shediac (Nouveau-Brunswick), membre à temps plein de la Section régionale de l’Atlantique de la Commission des libérations conditionnelles du Canada, à titre inamovible pour une période de cinq ans;

b) en vertu du paragraphe 150(1) de la Loi sur le système correctionnel et la mise en liberté sous condition, désigne François Levert, vice-président de la Section régionale de l’Atlantique de la Commission des libérations conditionnelles du Canada;

c) en vertu du paragraphe 153(1) de la Loi sur le système correctionnel et la mise en liberté sous condition, fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 5 (162 700 $ – 191 300 $),

à compter du 26 mars 2023.
