 Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Works and Government Services:

(a)  under section 3 of the National Capital Act, re-appoints Tobias (Tobi) Nussbaum of Ottawa, Ontario, as Chief Executive Officer of the National Capital Commission, to hold office during pleasure for a term of two years;

(b)  under subsection 3(8) of the National Capital Act, orders that Tobias (Tobi) Nussbaum be deemed to be employed in the Public Service for the purposes of the Public Service Superannuation Act; and

(c)  under subsection 7(1) of the National Capital Act, fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range CEO 3 ($204,200 - $240,200);

effective February 4, 2023.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a) en vertu de l’article 3 de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, renouvelle le mandat de Tobias (Tobi) Nussbaum, d’Ottawa (Ontario), premier dirigeant de la Commission de la capitale nationale, à titre amovible pour une période de deux ans;

b) en vertu du paragraphe 3(8) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, ordonne que Tobias (Tobias) Nussbaum soit réputé faire partie de la fonction publique pour l’application de la Loi sur la pension de la fonction publique;

c) en vertu du paragraphe 7(1) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle CEO 3 (204 200 $ – 240 200 $);

à compter du 4 février 2023.
