The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, advises that the Honourable Michael H. Tulloch, a Judge of Appeal of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, be appointed Chief Justice of Ontario, who shall be president of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, and a member ex officio of the Superior Court of Justice of Ontario.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que l’honorable Michael H. Tulloch, juge de la Cour d’appel de l’Ontario, soit nommé juge en chef de l’Ontario, qui sera le président de la Cour d’appel de l’Ontario, et membre d’office de la Cour supérieure de justice de l’Ontario.
