Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage,

(a)  under section 3 of the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission Act, appoints Adam W. Scott of Ottawa, Ontario, to be a full-time member of the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years;

(b)  under subsection 6(1) of the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission Act, designates Adam W. Scott as Vice-Chairperson of the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission, for a term of five years; and

(c)  under subsection 7(1) of the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission Act, fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment, as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 7 ($228,900 - $269,200),

effective January 16, 2023.

Sur recommandation du ministre du Patrimoine canadien, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a)  en vertu de l’article 3 de la Loi sur le Conseil de la radiodiffusion et des télécommunications canadiennes, nomme Adam W. Scott, d’Ottawa (Ontario), conseiller à temps plein du Conseil de la radiodiffusion et des télécommunications canadiennes, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de cinq ans;

b)  en vertu du paragraphe 6(1) de la Loi sur le Conseil de la radiodiffusion et des télécommunications canadiennes, désigne Adam W. Scott, vice-président du Conseil de la radiodiffusion et des télécommunications canadiennes, pour un mandat de cinq ans;

c)  en vertu du paragraphe 7(1) de la Loi sur le Conseil de la radiodiffusion et des télécommunications canadiennes, fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 7 (228 900 $ – 269 200 $),

à compter du 16 janvier 2023.
