Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage,

(a) under section 3 of the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission Act, appoints Vicky Eatrides of Ottawa, Ontario, to be a full-time member of the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission, to hold office during good behavior for a term of five years;

(b) under subsection 6(1) of the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission Act, designates Vicky Eatrides of Ottawa, Ontario, as Chairperson of the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission, for a term of five years; and

(c) under subsection 7(1) of the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission Act, fixes her remuneration and certain conditions of employment, as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 9 ($302,100 - $355,300);

effective January 5, 2023.

Sur recommandation du ministre du Patrimoine canadien, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a)  en vertu de l’article 3 de la Loi sur le Conseil de la radiodiffusion et des télécommunications canadiennes, nomme Vicky Eatrides, d’Ottawa (Ontario), conseillère à temps plein du Conseil de la radiodiffusion et des télécommunications canadiennes, pour un mandat de cinq ans;

(b) en vertu du paragraphe 6(1) de la Loi sur le Conseil de la radiodiffusion et des télécommunications canadiennes, désigne Vicky Eatrides, d’Ottawa (Ontario), présidente du Conseil de la radiodiffusion et des télécommunications canadiennes, pour un mandat de cinq ans;

c) en vertu du paragraphe 7(1) de la Loi sur le Conseil de la radiodiffusion et des télécommunications canadiennes, fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi, conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 9 (302 100 $ – 355 300 $);

à compter du 5 janvier 2023.
